Doesn't that look appetizing? No really!?!? I think it turned out OK. Visually it's as appealing as it supposed to be but taste wise it left a lot to be desired. I was tempted to replace the pudding with cheesecake filling because I thought that would make it taste better and now I wish I had gone with my gut.I'll probably make it again but I will definitely use the cheesecake filling instead of vanilla pudding. Because Kitty Litter Cake should taste as good as it looks. Don't you think?
